Some residents from across the Grove development have discussed the potential to bring together a group of residents to form a Residents Steering Committee, aimed at putting together a united group of like-minded residents who can set out our collective thoughts in preparation for the handover of the directorship from Hayfield temporary directors to resident directors.
We can also use the opportunity to meet and discuss how we work together with Grounds Solutions as our nominated maintenance provider to ensure residents service charges are appropriately spent on the things that matter most to our community. The steering committee can help to guide the management company until such time that the reisdent directors are confirmed and in place. After our own directors are selected, then the Residents Steering Committee can remain as an advisory group to the Resident Directors to support them and help to guide them in their roles.
