Discussions centred around the RSC's letter to the Malvern Hills Planning Authority and the concerns the RSC have around the potential for the Planning Enforcement team demanding that certain aspects of planning are adhered to. Namely the perimeter hedgerow that goes around the northern and easterly aspects of the site along Greenhill Lane. Further discussions were had around the other hedges, the trees and the ramp in the Piper Homes part of Banks Close road.
Some of the residents then joined Nicole, the Property Manager from Ground Solutions, for a site walk-about to identify the issues raised within the earlier discussions.
