Every Monday evening (weather permitting) at 6pm on the Community Green basketball court.
Join Sarah and many other local residents in a light, moderate or active session of fitness. Whatever your fitness level or ability, you will be able to adjust all of the exercises to match your needs.
Whether you're hoping to start the Couch to 5K, lose a bit round the waist to fit into those trousers again, or just want to improve your overall health and wellbeing... you're in great company. It's a great supportive environment and we will be there to encourage you all the way.
With weather permitting, we meet weekly on the basketball court over by the community green just off of Potters Meadow, where we will start off with a light warm up.
Everyone is welcome. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and an exercise mat or towel.
